Straight version: we use cookies to see how the site is used and to measure whether our ads work. Nothing beyond the essentials loads until you say so, and you can change your mind whenever you like.
Small files a site stores on your device. Some keep the site running, others tell us which page you came from and whether you booked a call. That is the whole story.
On your first visit you get a banner. Nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookies fires until you choose. Accept all, reject all, or open Preferences and go category by category.
Changed your mind? Click the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner of any page and set it again. No email, no form, no waiting on us.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. In plain terms: your choice is passed straight to Google's tags, so if you decline, Google receives a signal telling it not to use your data for advertising or personalisation. It is not a promise on our side, it is a technical instruction on theirs.
Iskra is our AI assistant, not a person. She only loads once you allow functional cookies. What she stores on your device is listed above. What happens to the conversation itself is covered in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your data and we never have. The vendors above receive data only in the categories you allow. Each has its own policy:
Every browser lets you block or clear cookies without going through us. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all keep this under Settings, Privacy. Google also offers a dedicated Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Fair warning: block everything and parts of the site, the booking embed in particular, will stop behaving.
