"We", "us" and "our" mean We Speak Ads. "You" means you, or the company you represent.
They govern your use of wespeakads.agency: reading it, using the free tools, talking to Iskra, booking a call, or requesting the free audit.
They do not govern paid work. If we end up working together, that runs on a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with this page, that agreement wins.
By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not, the exit is the close button and there are no hard feelings.
Everything here is general information about what we do. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance.
Your business is not the business in the case study. What produced a given result for one advertiser, in one market, at one budget, in one quarter, may produce nothing for you. Make your own decisions, and where the stakes justify it, get your own advisers.
The performance figures, screenshots and client outcomes on this site are real results from real accounts over specific periods, and we would rather show them than hide behind vague claims.
They are not typical, not guaranteed, and not a prediction of what you would get. Paid advertising results depend on your offer, market, margins, sales process, budget, competition, and how the platforms behave on any given month. Some of those we influence. Most we do not.
We do not guarantee any specific return, ranking, lead volume, cost per acquisition or revenue figure, on this site or anywhere else.
Iskra is an AI assistant. She is not a person, and she does not become one further into the conversation.
What she is for. Working out whether your situation is something we can help with, and getting you to the right next step. She qualifies and routes.
What she is not. She is not support, she is not an adviser, and she cannot commit us to anything. Nothing Iskra says is a quote, a price, a scope, a guarantee, or an agreement. Only a signed agreement does that.
She can be wrong. She runs on a language model and language models produce confident, incorrect statements. Verify anything that matters before acting on it, and if it matters a lot, ask a human.
No decisions get made about you automatically. Iskra may suggest a next step. A person reviews anything that follows.
Do not use her for this. You agree not to:
We may end a conversation, block access, or withdraw the assistant entirely, without notice, if any of that happens.
Do not type sensitive information into it. No payment card details, no passwords, no ID numbers, no account credentials. Iskra will never ask for them. If you send them anyway, that is on you.

We give a lot away: calculators, scorecards, and a full PPC audit worth around $3,000. Here is the honest framing.
They are provided as-is, for general guidance. Outputs depend entirely on the inputs you give, and rough inputs produce rough outputs. We do not warrant that any tool is accurate, complete, or right for your situation, and we are not liable for decisions you make on the back of one.
The free audit is genuinely free and genuinely yours to keep, including if we never work together. It comes with no obligation and no automatic enrolment into anything. We reserve the right to decline to run one where the request is clearly outside who we work with, or where the account access needed is not granted.
Calls are booked through Calendly and are subject to Calendly's own terms. We ask that you turn up or cancel with reasonable notice. We will do the same. We may decline or reschedule where the fit is obviously wrong, and we would rather tell you that early than sell you something you do not need.
Everything on this site (copy, structure, design, frameworks, case studies, tools, downloads) belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and related rights.
You may read it, share links to it, and quote short passages with attribution and a link back. You may not copy substantial parts, republish it, resell it, pass it off as your own, or use it to train a machine learning model, without our written permission.
Client names, logos and marks shown on this site belong to their owners and appear with permission or as permitted.
Anything you send us (through Iskra, a form, or email) stays yours. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for: answering you, running the audit, delivering the service.
You confirm that you have the right to send it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or breach anyone's confidence.
We link to and embed third-party services, including Calendly and Google. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and their terms and privacy practices are theirs, not ours.
We aim to keep the site up. We do not promise it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it, including the free tools and Iskra, at any time and without notice. Nothing here entitles you to continued access to any feature.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows:
Paid client work is a different matter and is governed by the liability terms of the signed agreement covering it.
You agree to cover us against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or content you submitted that you had no right to submit.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes go to the competent courts in Belgrade, Serbia.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, this does not remove protections you have under the mandatory law of the country you live in, or your right to bring proceedings there.
The rest stays in force. The unenforceable part gets read as narrowly as needed to make it work.
We may update these terms. The new version appears here with a fresh date at the top, and takes effect when posted. Material changes will be flagged rather than slipped in.
