Who we are

What we collect

• Contact info you give us: name, email, phone, company.
• Business context you share on calls or in intake forms: industry, offer, goals.
• Technical data from your visit: IP, browser, device, pages viewed, referrer.
• Account data if you invite us into your Google Ads or analytics accounts.

What we do with it

• Answer your inquiries and run the calls we've booked.
• Audit and optimize your Google Ads campaigns.
• Improve our website and service, honestly.
• Send you occasional emails about the service, only if you opted in.

Analytics and tracking

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM ID: GTM-KWXVRX6P) to understand how the site is used and to measure ad performance. That means Google may set cookies and collect device and behavioral data on their side, per Google's privacy policy. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out.

Third parties

We use a small stack of trusted vendors to run the business: Google (Analytics, Ads, Workspace), Calendly (for booking), and our email provider. We don't sell your data, ever.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (GDPR / CCPA / etc.), you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. Email us at aleksandar@wespeakads.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as we need to serve you or as legally required. Standard reasonable safeguards on our side.
