For advertisers running paid traffic
Is your landing page actually ready for ads?
Most landing pages look fine to the team. To a paid traffic campaign, they are leaking money. Paste the URL you send traffic to and we will score it against the same thirty checks we run before we ever turn on a Google Ads campaign. It takes about a minute.
8 out of 10 advertisers have this problem
The performance is not bad because the bids are wrong, the audience is off, or the algorithm changed. It is bad because the page does not convert the visitor. Only about 3 out of 10 advertisers ever realize this. The rest keep tuning campaigns instead of fixing the page.
This check is built for people who already run ads, or are about to start. If you are still building your first offer, come back when the traffic is ready.
What gets scored
Six areas: the offer and the audience, the first screen, the argument, the proof, the close, and the mechanics. Thirty checks in total, taken straight from the landing page playbook we use before we approve any page for paid traffic.
A few checks cannot be judged from outside the page, like whether your conversion tracking has ever been tested with a real submission. Those are marked and left out of the score instead of guessed.
